Invited Lecture Guidelines

1. Presentation Method

Overseas	Pre-recorded Lecture (VOD) & Real-time Q&A
Korean	Pre-recorded Lecture (VOD) & In-Person Q&A (Whoever wants to do In-Person presentation is available)

※ Pre-recorded video submission is required for ALL speakers.

2. Presentation Time

Session Type	Allocated Time
Session (UGI, LGI, PB)	20 min. (Including Q&A)
Sponsor Symposium	30 min. (Including Q&A)

* PB 2, PB 3, PB 4, PB 6 : Please kindly check the allocated times as previously announced.
*Q&A : In-Person Q&A or Real-time access via video conferencing after finishing each presentation except for the debate session.

Pre-recorded Lecture (Video)

1. Presentation File Format

- Set the screen ratio to 16:9 (landscape/horizontal)

- Use the provided template for your presentation.

2. How to Record Your Presentation

- Request to use ‘Zoom’ or ‘PowerPoint’ program to record your presentation.

- Find a quiet place and turn any mobile devices to silent mode.

- Before you start your presentation

Video Recording Guidelines

Headphones or earphones with microphone

While recording, use the keyboard instead of the mouse
to flip the presentation slides to prevent mouse sounds from being recorded.

3. How to Submit Your Recording File

- Submission Deadline: May 20(Fri), 2022

- Rename your file as “Your presentation code_Your name” (ex) UGI1-1_ James Dean)

4. Join a real-time Q&A

- All dates and times listed are in Korea Standard Time (KST), which is UTC +9.

- Access information will be guided in May via e-mail.
